The 12th Floor Executive Suites is similar to a coworking space in the sense that we provide smaller private offices with flexible lease terms. However, there is no public work stations or shared offices.

The benefits of using an executive suite include a professional and flexible workspace, access to amenities and support services, and the opportunity to network and collaborate with other professionals.

Upon receiving your application, we run a credit and background check. Your entire credit report (score, history, etc.) is looked at before your application is approved.

A poor credit score and history might affect the security deposit and prepaid rent required upon signing.

The 12th Floor Executive Suites offer various sized offices from a 1-2 person office to a 4-5 person office. Whether you need an empty studio-like space to work on your art or a pre-furnished professional office setup, the Executive Suites has a solution for you.

You have 24/7 access to your office with your own security code and office key.

When leasing a private office, you can choose from the following lease terms: month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months.

Note that shorter lease terms could affect the office rate. All promo rates offered are based on a 12 months lease term.

Our staff members will accept mail and packages on your behalf. For larger packages, please inform staff members prior to delivery.

Your mail and packages will be available for pickup from the reception desk.

Leasing any one of our offices gives you access to various furniture options (ie. desk, filing cabinet, chairs, lamps, etc.), unlimited conference room hours, kitchen and tenant lounge access, Perch & Mrs. Fish restaurant discounts, free lunch on Thursdays (courtesy of Perch), Art Show tickets, and more!
